Nicole began her career working alongside some of the top wedding planners in Colorado and Washington, D.C., where she developed a strong foundation in both design and high-level production. That early experience continues to shape her approach today, blending creativity, strategy, and precision in every event she leads.

When she launched Nicole Silver Events, her goal was never simply to plan weddings, but to create experiences that feel deeply personal, thoughtfully designed, and seamlessly executed. Over the past decade, Nicole has had the privilege of partnering with incredible couples to bring their vision to life—crafting celebrations that reflect not only how they want their wedding to look, but how they want it to feel.

Together with her team, Nicole approaches every wedding with a balance of refined design and meticulous planning. From venue selection and vendor curation to the smallest logistical details, clients are guided through a highly personalized process—ensuring they feel supported, confident, and able to fully enjoy the experience from start to finish.

With a background rooted in both logistics and client experience, Lauren is known for her ability to keep even the most complex events feeling seamless, organized, and calm from start to finish.

What truly sets Lauren apart is her ability to connect with clients on a personal level. She brings a steady, supportive presence throughout the entire process, allowing couples to feel confident, cared for, and fully present in their wedding experience.

As Principal Planner, Lauren leads select weddings with the full support and design direction of Nicole Silver Events, delivering the same elevated, personalized experience the brand is known for.
